Had an emergency while driving through Thunder Bay! They were able to get me in the next day and then get me back on the road with some of the most fair pricing I’ve ever seen. Incredibly grateful!

Travelling across the country we ran into car trouble outside Thunder Bay. CRS saw us that day, fixed our problem, and were also friendly and professional. They even gave us tips on where to go as a family while we waited and picked us up from that location. Would highly recommend!

After being sorely disappointed with another auto shop in town we were referred here. The service was second to none. They were helpful and explained things. They went a little over the quote, but it was still within my budget and beat that other shop by a mile. I definitely recommend this place....especially if you're a woman alone. They don't talk down to you, they explain it so you understand. Next time you need your vehicle looked at, take it to CRS.....you won't regret it.
