I really felt like I was being taken care of by Brandy, the service manager. She kept me informed on the progress on my vehicle. I've Been dealing with CRS for many years now. Honest people in front and behind the desk. No complaints whatsoever. Would recommend them.

Had an emergency while driving through Thunder Bay! They were able to get me in the next day and then get me back on the road with some of the most fair pricing I’ve ever seen. Incredibly grateful!

Travelling across the country we ran into car trouble outside Thunder Bay. CRS saw us that day, fixed our problem, and were also friendly and professional. They even gave us tips on where to go as a family while we waited and picked us up from that location. Would highly recommend!
