my blizzard's are melting in the parking lot because they can't get our order right and to ask for a tip then go in to get the order fixed the messed that up also very disappointed what happened DQ ?

If you care about good quality customer service, DO NOT come here!!
The absolute RUDEST staff, I have ever came across, EVER!!
These things happen from time to time and I understand that, but the way my situation was handled, I am shocked!
Apparently, a trainee was working the drive thru, so instead of offering her a hand, the person on the phone blamed her! The NEW employee on drive thru was working alone and they said this was making the service slow, resulting in the issues I called about! (I counted 3 people at the counter doing nothing)
Summarizing my messed up order = burnt burgers (pic added), forgotten items, wrong drinks, cold fries, melted Blizzards that leaked through the cup holder tray onto my car seats and pants (pic added). I could not go back inside because there was a line up to the road and I could not park, so I thought I would call!
Called DQ to let them know of the mishaps and I was hopeful to come to a resolution but I was put on hold only to hear the supervisor said, too bad, we can't do anything! I asked if they cared about customer service and the girl on the phone paused, then said, NO I DO NOT CARE!!!!
Apparently when you ask for the name of who you're talking to or the name of the supervisor, they inform you that they don't have to tell you! The girl on the phone was very snotty and combative! Eventually the name's of "Cassia and Karen" were provided, however, I doubt that is real! If I owed this business, I would be absolutely horrified if I heard my staff speak to people like that! DQ lost one family as customers, but judging by the employees, they most likely wouldn't care!

My reason for going is always for a Julius. I love them! Their ice cream is always a treat too. Had a strawberry banana Julius with a fresh banana added, excellent as always, I'm a little upset the serving size has decreased substantially and the price is the same. A large is so much smaller than it used to be, I haven't been there in about 2 years now and last time I was there they were still the normal large size. Also had a dbl burger and i was surprised it was pretty good. (Way better than McDs, which doesn't say much lol). 5 star is for the Julius!

We waited 34 minutes to have our order taken and only two people ahead of us. They would take 1 order at a time cook it make everything give it to the person and then take the next order. It was hot out I have seizures and all I wanted was one ice cream and my husband a drink that he ended up giving to me because I was so dizzy by the time they got to us I was ready to pass out. I will never go back to this one the other one yes this one no they are rude and do not care they take their sweet time to make their drink it took 10minutes to make my husbands drink. It’s dirty they have broken windows the place looks ran down. My husband and I agreed we will never go back to Cumberland Dairy Queen ever go to the other one if you can the other one is clean and fully staff and ready to help you this one not a chance really upset I had to come home drink ice water and sit with ac and a fan on because they made me wait so long I have been fighting a seizure all evening due to leaving me in the heat standing without even water for 34 minutes. I will never go back to worried about my health.

Very quiet setting after a round of Mini Putt up at Boulevard Lake. We ordered for 4 and the young lady at the till brought our food to 1 of the 5 seating areas in their restaurant.
