This is a decent grocery store however, the reason for 2 stars is they don't allow carts through the self check. I find a basket too heavy to carry and sometimes am buying a small amount of heavy items. If I need a cart to carry them, I am forced to stand in a lineup when I could have gone quickly through the self check. My daughter has baby so needs a cart and is forced to stand in line for only a few times. They could allow carts but still limit the amount of items at self check. Every other store does it.

I went to this location around June 30th to pick up some groceries. Thinking stores would be able to check their own dates, I didn't bother checking until much later. This is unacceptable and frankly disgusting, i understand that sometimes product can go a few days past expiry but these dates are unreal. If i had noticed sooner, I would've went back to the store to get a refund. If shopping at this location, PLEASE be wary of the expiry date and what they try to sell you.

Seem like they know what there doing. Just the right size of store and they carry all kinds of products at good Price's. Like every grocery store. There are unnecessary amounts of items to choose from. We'll look no further as No Frills has deals on all the time. If you have not yet tried the Buttermilk Chicken all white meat. Hugh bag for $10. Also in the same cooler it has anywhere from 10 things to choose from., I'm sure there's people out reading this they can damn don't give away my Supply I love that buttermilk chicken put it in an air fryer and she comes out perfect every time no bone super good meat I wouldn't let you guys down I only take this serious after all I have a foodie and I always will be love you guys be good eat good and remember you are what you eat

A great discount food outlet, prices are consistently lower that other places in thunder bay. They often have products that are not available elsewhere.
