terrible place, waited 3 weeks to get in,
asked them to remove my catalytic converter (two rusty nuts) to gain access to the broken shifter cable thats connected under the floor to the floor shifter, (i specified you can not access the cable via inside)
what happens? i get told the catalytic converters rotten (lie, its not rotten with holes,) and that i have gotten the Wrong cable (lie 2)
they never bothered to touch the catalytic converter yet somehow have the know it all to tell me its the wrong cable without even touching the car.(the cable they seen and mistaked was the dashboard shift indicator cable that tells the dashboard what gear your in) and they tore apart the centre console shifter plastic inside the car and left it like that for me to put back together!
told me to have a nice day and gave me my keys and said go because i asked why they refused to remove the catalytic converter nuts
told me the cars not worth fixing yet its only the exhaust rotten. body is cherry.
total waist of my time. thanks guys ill
be taking my money and repeated business elsewere, find myself a solid shop i can return to for years of service. so im writing this review as a warning to new comers. parts ARE easy to get AND not everything is junk… no wonder the scrap yards are full of cherry non rusty cars….

There's no free coffee, no fancy reception area, no comfortable sofas, and they don't accept credit cards. All of this stems from their honest pricing. As customers, we only need to pay the fair repair costs, and the labor hours are calculated very reasonably. There's none of the deceptive practices common in the industry. This was my first time getting my car repaired here, and my impression was one of honesty and responsibility. Although my English is poor and we didn't communicate much, I could still feel the owner's attitude. I'm very grateful.

Quality work at lower prices than what I was quoted from other auto repair shops including the one i have used for 10 years. Thank you Grant and 2 thumbs up for the work you do at better prices. Highly recommend.

Dealt with the owner and shop mechanic. Very friendly shop. They figured out the problem with my truck and had me back on the road in record time. I would recommend this place to anyone living in Thunder Bay or passerby’s needing assistance.
