Honestly couldn't ask for better service. My daughter and I broke down and had our car towed to Grant's Auto. They squeeze us in and even picked us up from the hotel. They were fast efficient and honest. They even check in with us the following day to make sure we were okay, Thank you from the bottom of my heart we appreciate you all

The best experience I've ever had at a mechanic. Took time to explain everything that was done, and why it was needed. Fixed my car in less time than expected, and cheaper than anticipated! Great customer service to boot. A++++ will come again.

I had an older truck getting some work done, Grant was forthcoming and never shies away when asked about pricing, and timing. He is trustworthy and takes the initiative when unexpected things arise to inform me (the customer), and to mend the situation. You cant beat the rate either, this is an affordable, and reliable little mechanics shop.

An amazing and very appreciated experience with Grant Auto….drove my Dad to visit family in Thunder Bay in my parents’ car and once on the hilly road realized the brakes weren’t great and was nervous to make the trip back to near Sault Ste. Marie! Called Grant in the morning, he fit me in, quoted me reasonably and did the work to get me comfortably on the road with good working brakes! Thank You so Much!
