I had a very disappointing repair experience at this shop. My car’s warning light only indicated worn front brake pads and required only a front pad replacement. There was no alert or mechanical issue with the rear brakes at all.
However, the shop owner insisted on replacing all four brake pads and rear brake rotors, which was completely unnecessary. My rear rotors still have at least 20,000 km of service life left and did not need replacement yet. This forced upgrade significantly increased my bill.
Worse still, the shop ordered incorrect rear brake pads that do not fit my vehicle. Instead of informing me of the mistake or confirming next steps with me, the owner planned to skip replacing the mismatched rear pads and only change the rear rotors on his own decision, without asking for my approval.
Brake rotors always outlast brake pads. Since only my front brakes triggered the wear warning, only front pads needed service. Pushing unnecessary rotor replacements and making unauthorized, unprofessional decisions purely to increase revenue is unacceptable.
I cannot recommend this shop for honest, transparent service.

I could not have asked for a better experience. They were incredibly kind, especially Leon, he even drove me to and from the shop when my car was being serviced. Brad the mechanic did a stunning job on my car and the turn around time to get it back was so quick. They took me in the same day as I called and even went so far as to come take a look at it at my house when i felt uncomfortable to drive it to their shop. Great service and kind people who love what they do. I truly felt taken care of thank you

Awesome shop!!!!! I spent the night in TB and came out to a dead Jeep XJ. Had it towed to this shop on the advice of the tow truck driver and they were able to look at it right away and were able to quickly diagnose the problem and then quickly fix the electrical gremlins. They got me back on the road as quick as they could and while no one likes repair bills, I thought it was quite reasonable and was happy to pay it. The Nicest people ever are running it and they put me at ease as soon as I got there. Thank you so much!!

I and my friend went there for safety inspection, My friend was interested in buying my car. We had an agreement (with me and my friend) that he will pay for safety inspection coz I am trying to sell the car AS is. he took appointment and I dropped car because of different work schedule. So inspection was done and car needs one front ball joint and rocker panel fix.As my friend agreed he paid 254.24 for inspection.Secondly this guy wants (Lyon) want $2500 for rocker panel patch up and he said almost 350 for one ball joint replacement. I decided to get quotes from and fixed both under $1300.Then i dropped car back to this on Monday. Again i got call from them saying there is a hole near wheel well, In that inspection list there no hole on wheel well. I talked to the guys who did body work and they said they will fix , they just need 2 hours. This guy (Lyon) was really mad on me because I didn’t do any work with his garage and he wants to charge me 182+ tax again and told me they change a strip or something. Moreover, he said, they don’t want to do my car safety because I am not willing to pay again. He didn’t even asked me before changing it( moreover there is nothing mentioned in inspection list also). His reason he is saying that they didn’t inspect it clearly 🙄🙄🙄 for the first time. Then why he charge 254.24??. Then again lier saying he charges my friend only 100🤣🤣 and he want me to pay him more.I have even bill he paid and he did e transfer.Don’t trust this guy, he is there to rip you off.

Lowest shop rates in town, quick and excellent work, drove me to my office when I dropped off my car, told me it would be a 2 day job and got it done in 7 hours! 10/10 will go back when I need to!
