I noticed my trucks brakes were starting to feel 'soft'. After being away in the bush dragging a 6000lb trailer and quad for two weeks, they were pushed to there limits and the grinding started late Friday. Decided over the weekend to try a new (to me) garage. Truck was brought in 740am Monday. As I needed my truck to retrieve my trailer asap, they said they would see what they could do, no guarantees. All pads/rotors replaced, front left axel as well and a front end alignment thrown in for good measure! Notified at 2pm it was ready. Completed well beyond my expectations at a reasonable price. I have used most of the well known independents and dealerships throughout the years and never recieved this level of service. Definitely recommend and definitely be back!

Ian and his team have been nothing short of fantastic over the years! Most recently, I brought my vehicle in for brake repairs as well as an oil change, and I could not have asked for better service. The staff are quick and efficient, and very knowledgeable. Knowing very little about mechanics myself, I really appreciated the thorough explanation (including images) they gave me of what the issue was with my brakes prior to proceeding with the repairs. Very fair pricing, would definitely recommend!

My truck started making a noise in Westfort a few days ago. Drove straight to Gradner’s, I haven’t used them before but my Dad has multiple times and has been extremely happy (which isn’t easy). Ian’s team was down a guy but said he would do his best to get to it in a timely fashion. To my surprise, a day later the truck was fixed, the service was great; the team was extremely personable and the digital report from the technician was a great touch. The Price I felt was more than fair and they turned what could have been a stressful situation into a quick Easy fix. Will definitely be using them Again!
