Upon a recommendation from a friend, in the fall of 2018 I went to Payless Automotive Centre to have a vehicle inspected which I was considering buying at the time. Jason and his staff at Payless did an extremely thorough analysis and told me what would need to be done, how much it would likely cost me, and what I should pay for the vehicle should I choose to buy it. This analysis was done at a fair and reasonable price. I did not purchase that car, but what I did get was a GREAT automotive repair shop where I can bring my vehicle to have all of its mechanical needs taken care of at a fair and reasonable price. Jason, Lucy and the entire staff are extremely professional and friendly, and any work I get done is performed fast and right the first time. No going back a day later to say it hasn't been fixed. Payless Automotive Centre is a hidden gem of a car repair shop tucked behind Memorial Avenue on Fort William Road across from Food Warehouse. It is well worth a visit for your ailing car's needs.

I recently brought my Jeep into Payless Auto regarding my HVAC Actuator. Jason, Neil and the rest of the team were absolutely amazing! Extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. I was quoted by Lakehead Motors in the “ballpark of $6000.00! Payless Auto fixed my HVAC System for under $350.00.
Jason saved me over $5,500.00! This was my first time using this locally owned shop and I will continue to do so.
