Staff were very friendly and was kept up to date with the repairs. Really liked the photos included in the vehicle inspection report. I could see what the problem was. A photo is worth a thousand words.

I brought both my cars to Preferred Auto last week. The service was exceptional. The staff are friendly and honest. Everyone was helpful. All my concerns with my tires and exhaust systems were addressed. I would highly recommend. Call J-Bird right now! She will set you up.

We were passing through Thunder Bay on a cross-Canada road trip when we ran into some car trouble. We were able to make an appointment for the next morning, and the folks at Preferred Auto got us in quickly, and communicated well with us throughout the day. They figured out the problem, got the parts, and did the repair to we could get back on the road that afternoon. What could have been a very stressful situation was made much easier with Preferred Auto and we are so grateful for their hard work. They even dropped us off and picked us up from Downtown so we had a chance to see Thunder Bay. If you are in the area and need someone to take a look at your car, I couldn’t recommend Preferred Auto more!

They met the scheduled appointment time and completed the tire change in a timely manner. The technician was friendly and his follow-up instructions were clear with a reminder card left hanging on the mirror to get the lug nuts tightened in 100 km. I highly recommend their mobile auto service.
