Very happy with the service I received. I was passing through town on a road trip when my car developed a no-start issue every time I gas up. This was right after the first snowfall and every shop I called was booked solid, but Preferred Auto was able to squeeze me in, which I truly appreciated.
The service advisor was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the diagnostic process. The team quickly identified the problem as a faulty EVAP vent solenoid. Although I had to leave town before the part could arrive, they went above and beyond by helping me find the correct part online so I could complete the repair myself.
So far, the car has been running perfectly with no issues. I’m extremely grateful for their honesty, professionalism, and willingness to help someone in a tough spot. Highly recommend Preferred Auto!

I was somewhat surprised that the Shop Rate was substantially. higher if you brought your own parts. However I needed my vehicle for the weekend and Preferred was able to accomplish that in a courteous and timely manner. A bit expensive but the job was well done.

Twice in a row my vehicle required more work than expected, and Preferred Auto kept me up to date and honoured the original quote. The work was reasonably priced and I had my car back within 1-2 days. Customer service was great
