I've been into TrueNorth twice - once for a brake replacement and then for a tire swap. I brought my 5 year old the first time and they had a TV that we watched a movie on, which helped pass the time while we waited. Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. They even called me and asked if I wanted to reschedule my appointment in the middle of a winter storm. Highly recommend!

Adjusted their schedule to fit me in on very short notice, made conscious decisions to keep the cost as low as possible.
I was in and out in 45mins. Saved me waiting a week for the dealer and probably hundreds of dollars.
Shop front is clean and comfortable. Troy is welcoming, polite and helpful.
Would defiantly recommend these guys for your auto needs.

I had a power steering hose rupture with an 800 mile trip still ahead of me. After explaining my circumstances, True North somehow squeezed me into their already busy day and had me back on the road in hours, saving me a motel stay and a long delay in my trip. Fast, courteous, friendly, and reasonable charge. I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone!
