Came here for a safety inspection from out of town and after the first call with Neil we knew this was the right place. The service was great —they even offered a ride to and from our hotel while the car was being worked on. Each person we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Really kind, honest and professional business. We wish we had this shop in Ottawa! Would definitely recommend!

Bought a vehicle from out-of-province and needed an inspection done quick. Richard and Cory were very professional and courteous, were willing to fit me in and kept me informed of everything needed to be done. Very reasonable cost to boot. Couldn’t be more pleased with the service I got.

I had a great experience with Payless Automotive Maintenance. They accommodated me earlier, quickly diagnosed the tire vibration issue, and provided honest, reasonably priced service. The staff were welcoming, courteous, and even offered a hassle-free shuttle ride. The speedy turnaround and genuine professionalism here are rare compared to other repair shops. Highly recommend!

I wanted to give this place another 5 star review. As a single mom and a busy professional, they took my car in immediately and provided such care to my time, money and most importantly, the adjustments needed for me to drive a reliable and safe vehicle. The costs were explained in detail and I felt that they were honest with the repairs necessary to carry on in my daily responsibilities.
