Brought my F150 in for brakes. They were very accommodating, great communication, excellent, prompt service. They finished the brakes, rotors and calipers the same day but noticed I had a bad line and quickly got it ordered and installed. Truck feels great, will definitely be back. Thanks!

Fabulous experience with Preferred. My first time there. It was a scary issue as our diesel equinox went into low power mode and wouldn’t go above 39 km. We dropped the car off on a Saturday and even though Preferred was closed the phone was answered. I couldn’t believe it!! Fast service! They kept me fully informed and the price was beyond reasonable. I will be back!! Thank you!!

I had a terrible experience at Preferred Auto. I came in for a safety inspection and was immediately refused service just because my car had some spray foam on it. Spray foam is easy to remove, yet they exaggerated and told me I would need to spend $10,000 on repairs — absolutely ridiculous.
They did not even provide me with a proper inspection list of issues with my vehicle, yet still charged me $192. On top of that, they completely refused to let me speak to a mechanic, forcing me to communicate only with the front desk, who clearly had little technical knowledge and showed a very poor attitude.
This shop feels more interested in collecting money than actually helping customers！ Extremely unprofessional and dishonest. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for fair and transparent auto service！

Larry is the man. helpful, kind, informative. took me to the shop to see the issues he identified and answered all my questions. I arrived 20 mins late and they honored the appointment.
