help without hesitation. They found time in their busy day to help diagnose what’s wrong with my vehicle, then were very honest and helpful on the phone. I forget the gentleman’s name I was chatting with but he was great. Very upfront, honest, and helpful with suggestions. Clearly it was a sign that we broke down directly infront of their shop.

I appreciate the fact that I always receive a warm welcome at Preferred Auto. They take a genuine interest in my car and what the issue is that I'm dealing with. Last time was no exception. I was worried about how serious (and how expensive) my problem might be. Wiring / electrical issues can always be tricky but the tech found the problem and dealt with it in a very timely manner. They gave me a fair price as well. 👍👍

I recently bought a brand new Subaru in Winnipeg so I needed a safety before I could register it here in Ontario. Preferred Auto & Fleet got the job done on 24 hours notice for a competitive price.
Except for in-warranty work, I always trust Preferred Auto (especially with our Japanese imports).
Great service, everyone in front and in the shop always goes above and beyond.
