Had great service. Open and honest about pricing and approvals. Pleasant staff even when emailing about inquires they were super helpful. My bill rather high for all the repairs I had but that's out of all of our control due to part costs, etc. Extra costs due to other parts being needed again not their issue was the cars issue. But again we're open and honest and my car runs so much better and she liked her pampering that day. Thank you and would recommend as they came as a recommendation from a friend. Better than the dealership!!

Ari, the gentleman who arrived to put my summer tires on, was polite and very informative.

I was able to get in within a few days of calling. The team was great, shuttle service was quick! I really liked the report sent with a video showing me exactly what was wrong and the break down of my quote. Definitely would reccomend giving these guys a call!

Despite the fact that Preferred Auto was solidly booked when my vehicle recently ‘Died’, they managed, somehow, to find time to help me by fitting my vehicle in, between Appointments. It was even repaired earlier than expected!
In addition, the Staff at Preferred Auto are Competent, Loyal, Friendly, and Trustworthy and their Communication with Customers is excellent. They always work with me to find the best way to tackle any mechanical issues, they have answered my every question, explained the reasons behind any problems with my vehicle, and they have provided me with excellent advice, even when it means that they will not make as much money from each visit to them! They have NEVER attempted to take advantage of my lack of ‘Mechanical Knowledge’ and they do NOT push unnecessary Services, Repairs, or Products onto their Customers. *This can be a rare quality in this business/industry and I feel extremely lucky to have found a local business that conducts itself with such integrity.
Moreover, after my Dad passed away from Cancer, I felt lost when it came to Mechanical Issues - especially without his advice and guidance. After learning of my Dad’s Passing, however, not only were the Staff at Preferred Auto, sympathetic and understanding, but they also stepped up to provide me with additional assistance. When my vehicle would not start, they quickly drove to my location, managed to start my vehicle, and then took it back to the business for the necessary repairs.
Furthermore, knowing that Preferred Auto & Fleet Service will always come up with a Plan &/or Solution for Fixing any Problems with my vehicle, gives me the peace of mind that I lacked, before I discovered them.
