Great honest service! Took the time to explain and show me what the problem was.

Would give zero stars if possible. This shop maintains the fleet of vehicles for the company where I am employed. Guaranteed income for them yet our work vehicles are not repaired in a timely manner. They do the bare minimum and ignore obvious defects. This last winter a large portion of the exhaust had rusted through and fell off of the vehicle entirely. Imagine i had been doing 90 down the highway when that happened. They have these vehicles on the hoist frequently and yet the rust damage was ignored. Incapable and unprofessional. Don't waste your time and money here.

My employer has their fleet maintained here. My experience with the vehicle I mostly use day to day, a vehicle Tronsen Auto maintains... Front turn signal was working intermittently so had it sent to Tronsen Auto twice. Each time a new bulb, which wasn't needed, the problem continued. Bulb screws into light assembly and the gasket that holds the light flush and tight with the assembly wasn't doing its job. I reinforced the gasket and now the problem is solved because it is now tight. Simple right?
Driver door hinge failed and 2 after market hinges were installed by Tronsen Auto. Within a few months the upper hinge came loose as I opened the door. A pin holds both sides of the bracket together. Flat side of the pin was on the bottom so it eventually fell out. Could not place pin in with flat side on the top without removing the door. Vehicle sent back to Tronsen Auto where instead of placing the pin in flat side on top they instead add a locking washer. Works for now...
Power steering whine and a build up of power steering fluid around reservoir cap. Tronsen Auto refills reservoir and sends back vehicle. Weeks later same problem. Power steering whine and more fluid around reservoir. Obvious power steering is leaking from res cap. Maybe I'm wrong... employer insist Tronsen Auto must "fix it' again.
Individual experiences may vary. These were mine...

A great place to have your vehicle repaired. They are very honest with what needs immediate attention and what can wait for a bit. Prices are very reasonable. The staff is super friendly as well. The only place I take my vehicle!

Still waiting for report on steering control box. Otherwise services performed on time, as expected. Good communications from service desk and mechanics.
